Aluminum Alloy Blade HVLS Fan

An aluminum alloy blade HVLS fan is defined by its blade material: the swept blades are made of aviation-grade aluminum-magnesium alloy, which is light enough for a large rotor to start and stop gently yet stiff enough to hold an airfoil shape under load. That stiffness matters because a flexible blade loses its aerodynamic angle across the sweep; the alloy keeps the profile true, and the airfoil shape together with a streamlined tail wing minimizes drag so the Nord integrated gear-motor does not waste torque bending weak blades.

Products Description

An aluminum alloy blade HVLS fan is defined by its blade material: the swept blades are made of aviation-grade aluminum-magnesium alloy, which is light enough for a large rotor to start and stop gently yet stiff enough to hold an airfoil shape under load. That stiffness matters because a flexible blade loses its aerodynamic angle across the sweep; the alloy keeps the profile true, and the airfoil shape together with a streamlined tail wing minimizes drag so the Nord integrated gear-motor does not waste torque bending weak blades. The fan runs near 50 rpm, pushing a vertical air column that spreads into a 1–3 m high horizontal layer covering 2,000+ m², with air velocity adjustable from 1 to 5 m/s. A Danfoss or ABB variable-frequency drive governs speed under high temperature, dust and oil fume, dual-row deep groove ball bearings stabilize the shaft and protect the gear oil seal, and the safety system uses high-strength bolts, 1,000 kg dual-protection wire ropes, a safety ring and VFD auto stop.

Because blade material and geometry directly affect performance, our in-house R&D team supports the buyer's structural choice: when you specify a diameter or blade count for an aluminum-alloy-bladed fan, the team reviews the load on the Nord gear-motor and the mounting structure before production. That engineering support is what lets a light-alloy blade disc scale safely up to the largest diameters without overloading the drive.

Applications

7

Coastal or humid industrial spaces

aluminum-magnesium alloy resists the corrosion that would rust steel blades over time.

High-cycle facilities where light start-stop matters

the light rotor places less inertial load on the gear-motor each cycle.

Open halls where blade rigidity affects airflow

the stiff alloy airfoil holds its shape, keeping airflow consistent across the whole disc.

FAQ

Q1. What is the minimum order?

A: MOQ is 1 unit, so you can order a single aluminum-alloy-bladed fan to evaluate.

Q2. How long until my order ships?

A: Standard products take about one week, and custom orders also run around one week, with photo and video progress updates.

Q3. Do you offer private label?

A: Yes, OEM/ODM and private label are supported, and we manufacture per customer technical drawings or prototypes.
