High volume ceiling fans are high-performance upgraded models of the asynchronous motor series. By optimizing the blade aerodynamic structure (adopting aviation-grade airfoil design) and increasing motor power, it achieves a breakthrough in air volume, with a single unit's maximum air volume reaching 12000m³/min and blade diameters of 3.6-6.7m. Their core positioning is "high-efficiency ventilation solution for medium and large spaces", balancing the reliability of asynchronous motors and the demand for high air volume, and high volume ceiling fans have been widely recognized in relevant projects.

Ultra-High Air Volume Conversion
It adopts 12°-15° variable airfoil blades, with wind energy conversion efficiency 35% higher than that of ordinary asynchronous fans, and air volume increased by 40% under the same motor power. The 6.7m diameter model can reach an air volume of 12000m³/min, with coverage exceeding 500㎡.
Wide Voltage Adaptability
The motor supports 380V±10% wide voltage operation, suitable for some remote factory areas or voltage-unstable scenarios. It is also equipped with triple protection against overload, overvoltage, and undervoltage, with a shutdown failure rate of less than 0.1% under extreme working conditions.
Quiet Operation Design
The motor adopts silent bearings, and the fan blades are calibrated for dynamic balance (accuracy up to G2.5 level), with operating noise as low as 55dB (measured at 10m distance), 15dB lower than that of traditional fans with the same air volume, suitable for workshops sensitive to noise.
Fast Ventilation Efficiency
