Product Overview
HVLS industrial fans are ultra-large industrial fans with a combination of "ceiling installation + gear motor", with blade diameters of 4.9-7.3m and speeds of 50-75RPM. Their core design concept is "maximizing space utilization". Through top ceiling installation, hvls industrial fans avoid occupying ground and equipment installation space, and the gear motor provides stable power, with a single unit covering up to 1200㎡, suitable for extra-tall space ventilation needs.
Core Advantages
Optimized Ceiling Space
It adopts high-strength aluminum alloy ceiling brackets with a load-bearing capacity of up to 500KG, and the installation height is suitable for 6-20m spaces. The brackets can adjust the installation angle 360°, avoiding plant beams and equipment, and the ground space utilization rate is increased by 100% (no ground occupation).
Strong Adaptability of Gear Motor
Equipped with customized planetary gear motors, it has a transmission efficiency of 98%, 15% lower power loss than ordinary gear motors, supports 24-hour continuous operation, the motor service life can reach 100,000 hours, and the maintenance-free period is as long as 2 years.
Upgraded Safety Protection
It is equipped with triple safety devices including shaft breakage protection, anti-falling ropes, and overload protection. The fan blades are made of high-strength fiberglass (impact strength ≥150MPa) and have passed 12-level wind load simulation tests, suitable for industrial scenarios with numerous equipment and dense personnel.
Intelligent Control Adaptability
It supports PLC centralized control and mobile APP remote control, can set timing start-stop and speed adjustment (50-75RPM stepless speed regulation), and is compatible with the plant's intelligent management system to realize linkage between ventilation and production processes.

Suitable for extra-tall spaces (height 6-20m, area 500-2000㎡) such as heavy industrial plants, metallurgical workshops, automobile welding workshops, large assembly workshops, aircraft maintenance hangars, large exhibition halls, and waiting halls.
