Large PMSM Fans
As a special ventilation equipment for industrial scenarios, Large PMSM Fans adopt a large-scale blade design (diameter 4.9-7.3 meters) combined with a permanent magnet synchronous silent motor.
PMSM Ceiling Fan
This product adopts permanent magnet synchronous direct-drive core technology combined with aviation-grade airfoil blade design. Through the low-speed rotation of large-diameter blades, it forms an all-round three-dimensional air circulation to achieve dual effects of ventilation and cooling.

Characteristics of PMSM Fan
High efficiency and energy saving
Compared with traditional fans, PMSM Fans can achieve high efficiency and energy saving by accurately controlling the speed, and their energy consumption is only less than half that of traditional fans.
Environmental protection
Permanent magnet frequency conversion industrial fans use permanent magnet frequency conversion technology and use pollution-free DC power supply. They will not produce any harmful substances or pollution and have good environmental protection characteristics.
Precise control
Permanent magnet variable frequency technology allows PMSM Fans to achieve precise control of air volume and wind speed by adjusting the speed.
Silent
The PMSM Fan uses a low-noise motor, which makes less noise, and uses permanent magnet technology to achieve efficient rotation, getting rid of the noise problem of traditional large ceiling fans.
Maintenance Steps of PMSM Fan
Turn Off the Power
Safety comes first! Before you begin cleaning, ensure the fan is switched off from the wall and completely still. For an extra measure of safety, turn off the fan' s power source from your home' s circuit breaker if you' ll be cleaning components close to wiring.
Dust the Blades
Using a microfibre cloth, gently wipe each blade from base to tip, holding the blade steady with your other hand to avoid wobbling. An old pillowcase is also a great tool for cleaning blades. Simply slide it over the blade, press down, and pull the pillowcase off, trapping dust inside.
A vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment is also useful here, especially if the dust layer is thick. Be careful to avoid damaging or bending the blades, as this could lead to imbalance issues later.
Remove Stubborn Dirt and Grease
Fans in kitchens or open areas may accumulate a greasy layer from cooking fumes and airborne pollutants. To tackle this, dampen a cloth with a mixture of mild soap and warm water, then wipe each blade thoroughly. Avoid soaking the blades, as excess water can damage them or cause rusting on metal parts.
For extra shine, use a small amount of all-purpose cleaner or a vinegar-water solution on metal fans, and follow up with a dry cloth to prevent streaks.
Clean the Motor Housing and Pull Chain
Using a soft-bristled brush, gently dust around the motor housing and any vents, as dust buildup here can strain the motor. For intricate or hard-to-reach areas, compressed air is an effective way to dislodge trapped dust without dismantling the fan.
Don' t overlook the pull chain, as it often attracts dirt and grime from frequent handling. Wipe it down with a damp cloth or alcohol wipe, and ensure it' s free from any entanglements or wear.
Inspect the Blades for Balance
Once your fan is clean, check that the blades are balanced. Imbalanced blades create unnecessary noise and can lead to wear on the motor. Look for any bending or warping of the blades, especially if your fan is located near an open window where it' s exposed to humidity.
Installation Steps of PMSM Fan
Read Instructions carefully before assembling or installing your fan. It is important that you observe all safety information to help prevent personal injury and/or property damage.
1. Installation work and electrical wiring should be done by qualified persons only in accordance with all applicable codes and standards.
2. Unplug or disconnect the fan before servicing.
3. Use this fan only in the manner intended by the manufacturer. This fan is intended for permanent installation and to be used for air circulation only.
4. The secondary support cable included with the fan must be properly connected.
5. To reduce the risk of personal injury, do not bend the blade brackets when installing the brackets, balancing the blades, or cleaning the fan. Do not insert foreign objects in between rotating fan blades.
6. Ceiling fans without guards are to be installed at least ten feet above floor with adequate clearance between blades and adjacent walls, furnishing, etc.
7. When mounted in a cathedral ceiling, blade tips should be at least one foot from the angled roof line or air turbulence may cause fan to sway.
8. The supporting beam must be capable of holding at least 80 pounds (or the weight of the fan plus any accessories that might be added).
9. Do not operate any fan with a damaged cord or plug. Discard fan or return to an authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
10. To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use this fan with other types of solid-state speed control devices.
