HVLS fans warehouse are ultra-large diameter ventilation equipment specially designed for large flat warehouses and high-standard warehouses, with blade diameters of 6.1-8.0m, adopting a combination of "large-diameter blades + heavy-duty reducer" and a speed of 40-60RPM. The core advantages of HVLS fans warehouse are "ultra-large coverage and low-speed energy saving", with a single unit covering up to 1500㎡ of warehouse space, suitable for large warehousing scenarios without shelves or with wide-spacing shelves.

Ultra-Large Diameter Coverage
The 8.0m diameter blade is an industry ultra-large specification, adopting a segmented splicing design (convenient for warehouse door transportation). After expansion, it forms an ultra-large airflow field, and a single unit can cover 1500㎡, with coverage efficiency 200% higher than that of 5.5m diameter fans, greatly reducing the number of installations.
Heavy-Duty Reducer Adaptability
Equipped with an industrial-grade heavy-duty reducer with a reduction ratio of 1:200, it can bear the heavy load from blade self-weight and airflow resistance, has a continuous operation life of 80,000 hours, adapts to the warehouse's 24-hour uninterrupted ventilation needs, and has a maintenance cycle of up to 3 years.
Low-Speed Energy Saving
With a minimum speed of 40RPM and a motor power of only 2.2KW, the unit area energy consumption is just 0.0015KW/㎡, 40% more energy-efficient than ordinary warehouse fans. A single unit in a 1500㎡ warehouse consumes only 19,000 degrees of electricity annually, far lower than the multi-small-fan combination scheme.
Flat Warehouse Airflow Optimization
It adopts a "slow-descending airflow" design, with airflow slowly sinking from the top to the ground at a speed of 0.8m/s, avoiding high-speed airflow toppling stacked goods such as bagged grain and carton piles, suitable for flat warehouse goods stacking scenarios.
