An air circulator fan for a workshop is designed to attack the problem every workshop knows: air that simply sits still. Hot machines, workers and lighting load heat into the air, but with no through-flow it stays layered and stagnant. This HVLS circulator pushes a broad vertical air column down to the floor, where it spreads into a 1–3 m high horizontal layer that sweeps across benches, machines and aisles at a gentle 1–5 m/s adjustable breeze. Operating near 50 rpm, one unit covers 2,000+ m² of open workshop and replaces the noise and clutter of many small high-speed circulators. Aviation aluminum-magnesium alloy airfoil blades with a streamlined tail wing keep drag low, a Nord integrated gear-motor delivers strong quiet torque without maintenance, and a Danfoss or ABB VFD controls speed under dust, oil fume and long-run conditions.
When a buyer specifies a workshop fan around a particular machine layout or beam type, we manufacture to that customer's technical drawings, so the fan's diameter, mounting and voltage are chosen for the actual workshop rather than for a generic hall. Drawing-based production keeps the airflow path clear of racks, cranes and equipment the buyer already has in place.
