Each blade is shaped as an airfoil rather than a flat paddle, and a streamlined tail wing sits behind it to reduce drag and turbulence at the tip. That aerodynamic shape is why a 0.55–1.5 kW Nord integrated gear-motor can sweep blades up to 7.3 meters across while running quietly and maintenance-free, instead of burning energy pushing against air resistance. The aviation aluminum-magnesium alloy blades hold the airfoil profile true at the roughly 50 rpm operating speed, pushing a vertical column that flattens into a 1–3 m high horizontal layer covering 2,000+ m², with adjustable 1–5 m/s breeze. A Danfoss or ABB variable-frequency drive governs speed for long-hour, dust- and oil-fume duty, and dual-row deep groove ball bearings at the shaft sleeve reduce load on the gearbox and protect the oil seal.

When a buyer wants a specific aerodynamic or cosmetic layout, our prototype and sample support lets you see the airfoil shape and feel the airflow before scaling up: a custom sample develops in about one week, so the blade count and angle can be confirmed against the space rather than assumed from a catalog.

A: The whole unit is covered for 3 years. Free replacement parts are supplied during the warranty period except for misuse, and shipping damage affecting use is covered with free parts.

Q3. Which currencies and payment terms do you accept?

A: We accept USD and RMB, with terms of 30% deposit plus 70% before shipment, 50% plus 50%, or 100% upfront.
