The moisture protection warehouse fan in our DCHVLS PMSM range is designed to stop the single most common cause of warehouse stock loss: still, damp air that sits at floor level and around rack bases. A gearless permanent-magnet synchronous motor turns a large aviation airfoil rotor slowly, pushing omni-directional air across the floor and continuously sweeping the boundary layer where condensation and mold begin. The same slow rotor breaks up the hot/cold stratification that traps warm, moisture-laden air near the roof, so the whole space dries evenly instead of leaving pockets of dampness behind rack rows. In semi-open warehouses the fan pulls roof air down and draws outdoor fresh air into the negative-pressure zone, replacing stale humid air rather than recirculating it. Multi-unit parallel circulation can cover very large floors, while the gearless drive requires no oil changes and operates at low peripheral speed so stored cartons and pallets are never disturbed by harsh drafts.

Warehouse damp problems are rarely the same twice, which is why OEM/ODM and sample support matter for this product. We develop a chargeable custom sample in about one week so you can test airflow and drying behavior on your actual roof geometry and rack layout before committing to a full rollout. We then manufacture to your technical drawings, holding the same blade diameter, blade count and motor rating across every unit in the order, so the drying performance measured on the trial fan is the performance delivered across the whole warehouse.
