The large diameter PMSM fan reaches up to 7,300 mm of blade diameter - the flagship size of the DCHVLS range. At that diameter the permanent-magnet synchronous direct-drive motor consumes under 1 kWh per hour, covers up to roughly 1,500 m², and replaces about 48 units of 750 mm small industrial wall fans. The large-diameter rotor turns slowly (55–120 RPM) and drives omni-directional air movement across the floor, both drying/dehumidifying and eliminating hot/cold stratification to combine natural ventilation and cooling. Aviation aluminum-magnesium alloy blades, a stepped anti-drop shaft, double-row angular-contact bearings and safety wire ropes carry the large load, while the 3D convection cooling keeps temperature rise ultra-low.

Specifying a 7.3 m fan is a structural decision as much as an electrical one, so the buyer needs a supplier that can adapt the giant rotor to their roof. We provide in-house R&D structural support and drawing-based manufacturing: send your beam loads, hanging height and diameter target, and we size the clamped mount, high-strength bolts and safety wire ropes to match. Prototype and sample support lets you validate the largest unit on one bay before committing to multi-fan circulation, and the same structural drawings repeat across the batch for consistency.
