A PMSM motor ceiling fan uses a permanent-magnet synchronous motor as its heart: magnets on the rotor keep it in exact step with the rotating field, which is what delivers strong torque at very low speed. That is the reason a large-diameter aviation airfoil blade can turn slowly and still move omni-directional air across up to roughly 1,500 m². At the 7,300 mm diameter the fan draws under 1 kWh per hour, and the electricity savings pay back the installation cost within the first year. One 7,300 mm fan replaces about 48 units of 750 mm small industrial wall fans, which is where the energy case closes.

PMSM performance is only as good as the magnets, winding and bearing set behind it, so a buyer is really buying structural and process control as much as a motor label. Our in-house R&D team supports the magnet and winding design, and we manufacture to your technical drawings so the PMSM ceiling fan fits your beam layout and voltage rather than a generic box. Because the same PMSM platform repeats across the DCHVLS range, batch-production consistency keeps the low-speed torque, noise level and coverage predictable from the first fan to the last.
