The lower energy consumption industrial fan in our DCHVLS PMSM line exists to solve the math problem on the buyer's monthly electricity bill. A 7,300 mm unit consumes under 1 kWh per hour at full coverage and replaces roughly 48 units of 750 mm small industrial wall fans - meaning a plant that currently runs a ring of wall fans can cut its ventilation energy by a very large margin by switching to one slow-turning HVLS fan. The savings are not theoretical: at typical plant duty cycles, the lower running electricity pays back the installation cost within the first year. The gearless permanent-magnet synchronous motor runs directly on the rotor shaft, eliminating the gearbox losses that drag efficiency down in geared HVLS fans, and the large aviation airfoil blades move a very wide column of air with a low-power motor, typically 1.5 kW or 750 W input. Because the fan also breaks up hot and cold stratification, it reduces the work that heaters or coolers have to do on top of the direct electricity saving.
Retrofit buyers usually have a specific existing plant to match, which is why drawing-based manufacturing is the key manufacturing angle here. We work from your ceiling beams, existing electrical supply and current wall-fan layout to size the replacement unit, rather than asking you to adapt the building to a catalog product. The same gearless PMSM platform can be delivered as one 7.3 m replacement fan or as several smaller units where coverage must be split, with the low-wattage configuration repeated consistently across every unit in the project.
