The variable frequency PMSM fan in our DCHVLS range pairs a gearless permanent-magnet synchronous motor with an electronic variable-frequency controller, so airflow is adjustable rather than simply on or off. The controller delivers a clean sine-wave output that ramps the motor up and down smoothly, and it supports continuous speed regulation across the operating range to match comfort or process needs at different times of day. Because the motor is gearless, the electronic signal drives the rotor directly through a stepped anti-drop motor shaft - larger at the bottom, smaller at the top - with no gearbox to lag or whine. Double-row angular-contact bearings and enamel-coated pure copper windings keep the drive stable across repeated speed changes, and the original 3D convection cooling structure holds temperature rise low enough to prevent demagnetization over long duty cycles.

Structural customization matters most when a variable-frequency fan is going into a space that was not designed for it. We adapt the mounting structure, blade count and motor rating to your roof beams, ceiling height and airflow target rather than pushing a fixed catalog size onto your building. The same gearless PMSM platform can be built as a 2000 mm single unit or a 7300 mm multi-fan parallel system, with the variable-frequency control tuned to your voltage and frequency at our end, so the controller and mechanical structure arrive as a matched set.
