The energy efficient industrial ceiling fan in our DCHVLS PMSM direct-drive line is sized around a single economic argument: a 7,300 mm unit draws under 1 kWh per hour at full coverage, and in most plant layouts the electricity savings pay back the installation cost within the first year. The gearless permanent-magnet synchronous motor drives a large aviation airfoil rotor that turns slowly, so the fan moves a very large column of air with a very small motor - typically 1.5 kW or 750 W input against a coverage area up to 1,500 m². Where a conventional plant would rely on many small wall fans to push the same volume, one 7,300 mm HVLS fan replaces roughly 48 units of 750 mm small industrial wall fans. The same slow rotor also breaks up hot and cold air stratification, so heated or cooled spaces use their climate energy more evenly instead of wasting conditioned air near the ceiling.

When you specify an energy-efficient fan, the real cost risk is not the nameplate wattage but whether every unit off the line actually hits it. We control this through batch-production consistency: the same motor winding, magnet grade and airfoil profile are repeated across every fan in an order, and each unit is fully tested before shipment so the under-1 kWh/h figure you approved is the figure that arrives on site. We manufacture to your drawings and support OEM/ODM builds, so the efficiency configuration you negotiate is locked into the production run rather than re-sourced from batch to batch.

Q1. What payment terms do you accept?

A: We accept 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipment, a 50%+50% split, or 100% upfront, and payment is accepted in both USD and RMB.

Q2. How are the fans packed for export?

A: Standard export packing uses fumigation-free plywood wooden cases, which are accepted for direct shipment to major destinations without fumigation treatment.

Q3. What warranty applies to the energy-efficient PMSM fan?

A: Each unit carries a 3-year whole-unit warranty. Free replacement parts are provided during the warranty period except in cases of misuse, and parts are free if shipping damage affects use.
