A Nord (Germany) integrated gear-motor drives aviation aluminum-magnesium alloy airfoil blades at roughly 50 rpm (max 55–100 RPM by model), with a Danfoss (Denmark) or ABB (Switzerland) variable-frequency drive letting operators dial airflow precisely between 1 and 5 m/s. The fan pushes a wide vertical air column down to working height, where it spreads into a 1–3 m horizontal air layer across the floor. Because the breeze is slow and broad rather than a sharp jet, it feels natural on the skin without blowing dust, papers, or chips around workstations. One unit covers 2,000+ m², and dual-row deep groove ball bearings keep the main shaft stable through daily shifts. Safety hardware - high-strength bolts, dual-protection 1,000 kg wire ropes, a safety ring, integral blade-chassis construction, and VFD auto alarm - keeps the installation reliable over the work floor.
Every factory floor is laid out differently, so buyers often want to feel and hear the fan before committing to a whole rollout. We offer prototype and sample support, building a sample from customer drawings so buyers can judge airflow and noise in their own space. This reduces the risk of a large order underperforming where it matters most: on the working floor.
