That column reaches the floor and spreads into a 1–3 m high horizontal layer, covering 2,000+ m² in open space from a single unit. The low rotational speed is what makes the breeze feel like a natural 3D wind across the body rather than a blast, with air velocity adjustable from 1 to 5 m/s. Aviation aluminum-magnesium alloy airfoil blades and a streamlined tail wing keep drag low so the Nord integrated gear-motor can sustain the 50 rpm disc quietly and maintenance-free, while a Danfoss or ABB variable-frequency drive holds that speed steady under high temperature, dust, oil fume and long-hour running. Dual-row deep groove ball bearings at the shaft sleeve reduce load on the gear-motor, stabilize the main shaft and protect the gear oil seal.
