This geared-motor HVLS (High Volume Low Speed) fan is a large variable-frequency ceiling fan built for tall buildings where ordinary fans cannot reach the occupied zone. A Nord (Germany) integrated gear-motor delivers strong, steady torque through a set of aviation aluminum-magnesium alloy airfoil blades, while a Danfoss (Denmark) or ABB (Switzerland) variable-frequency drive keeps speed smooth and adjustable from roughly 50 rpm up to 55–100 rpm by model. The airfoil blades and streamlined tail wing minimize drag, pushing a wide, slow air column vertically downward that spreads into a 1–3 m high horizontal air layer at 1–5 m/s, covering 2,000+ m² of open space from a single unit. Dual-row deep groove ball bearings at the shaft sleeve reduce gear-motor load, stabilize the main shaft, and protect the gear oil seal. Safety hardware is engineered in: high-strength industrial bolts with actual stress reaching 10× the rated value, 1,000 kg wire ropes with dual protection at every connection, a safety ring against falling parts, blades integral with the chassis, and VFD auto alarm and stop on abnormality. We back every unit with 100% pre-shipment testing and full inspection, and we welcome third-party inspection before shipment so buyers receive a fan they can install and run with confidence.
Because this product runs for long hours overhead, structural consistency matters as much as performance. We manufacture to customer technical drawings and prototypes, and our in-house R&D team supports the structural layout, mounting configuration, and electrical adaptation so each fan matches the buyer's beam type, voltage, and ceiling height rather than forcing the site to fit a generic unit.
