High-bay warehouses have two problems at once: racking blocks airflow, and ceiling heights over 6 meters make ordinary fans useless. This geared-motor HVLS fan is built for exactly these spaces. A Nord (Germany) integrated gear-motor spins aviation aluminum-magnesium alloy airfoil blades at roughly 50 rpm (max 55–100 RPM by model), and a Danfoss (Denmark) or ABB (Switzerland) variable-frequency drive handles dusty, high-temperature, long-hour warehouse running. The fan pushes a wide, slow air column straight down past the racks, where it forms a 1–3 m high horizontal air layer that moves along the aisles at 1–5 m/s adjustable. A single unit covers 2,000+ m² in open space, so a handful of fans replace dozens of small fans that never reach the floor. Dual-row deep groove ball bearings reduce load on the gear-motor, and high-strength bolts, dual-protection wire ropes rated to 1,000 kg, a safety ring, and integral blade-chassis construction keep the installation safe overhead.

Warehouse buyers usually buy in multiples, so batch-production consistency is the deciding factor. We hold a steady monthly capacity of 1,500–2,000 units and fully test every fan before shipment, with third-party inspection accepted, so each unit delivered to a multi-rack site performs the same as the last - no surprise differences between bay 1 and bay 12.
