Our permanent magnet direct drive ceiling fan is built around a permanent-magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) coupled directly to the blade rotor, with no gearbox between them. A large-diameter rotor turns slowly and pushes omni-directional air movement across the floor, combining natural ventilation and cooling in one motion. The original 3D convection cooling structure keeps temperature rise ultra-low, which protects the permanent magnets from demagnetization, while the enamel-coated pure copper winding and double-row angular-contact bearings give the rotating set long service life. Start-up and shut-down are smooth with no jerk because the controller outputs a clean sine wave, and our speed-tracking restart technology lets the fan resume running smoothly without coming to a full stop.

Because a direct-drive rotor puts the magnet set, bearings and shaft geometry under continuous load, the mounting envelope matters as much as the motor itself. We manufacture these fans per customer technical drawings and prototypes, and our in-house R&D team supports structural adaptation so the clamped roof-beam installation, stepped anti-drop shaft and safety wire ropes fit your actual steel structure rather than a generic mounting plate. When a buyer specifies a direct-drive unit, they are buying into a transmission-free structure; that structure has to be reproduced consistently batch after batch, which is what our line is set up to do.
